Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the item is to be returned because you have either changed your mind or through fault of your own then you will be required to pay the full return shipping costs, we cannot guarantee any refunds in the case where the product does not reach us once you have returned. 


You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of us receiving your package and verifying the items, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order and the process involved, please do not return items prior to contacting us. 

Shipping

We currently ship all over the world. There may be additional shipping costs to areas outside the UK. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Where possible and stock permitting, all orders processed before 9pm on week days will be shipped the following working day. Any orders placed after 9PM will be shipped on the 2nd working day. 

All orders to a UK address will be shipped free of charge via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage, this can be upgraded to 1st Class for a small fee. For 1st Class, under normal circumstances, items should be delivered next day, but please allow 1-2days for delivery, 2nd class please allow 2-4days. You will not be required to sign for your parcel and we aim for the majority of our products to fit through a standard size letter box to ensure customer satisfaction. Items shipped outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International and should allow up to 10-14days for delivery.

Should you fail to receive a delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us in the first instance and we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue. We value all feedback in regards to our products and delivery.
